All orders will be dispatched within two business days of payment. Our default courier is Australia Post. If you have any concerns about shipping, please contact us at support@roadtripessentials.com. While we take care to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, we cannot provide warranties or guarantees over delivery.

All orders are shipped from Australia. For international purchases, any import taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If the shipment is returned as undeliverable, shipping fees paid will not be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an alternate address or arrange delivery.

While we do take care in providing products to you, we cannot guarantee product availability at all times. You will be notified within 24 hours if the purchase made by you is not available for distribution pending product availability. We take all reasonable steps to ensure any product is made available within a reasonable time, however, at times, we are ultimately bound by the manufacturer’s ability to provide the product. We will keep you informed while your purchase is pending.

Once we are aware that a product is no longer available for distribution, we will update our website. There may be a short delay between our stock being exhausted and the website being updated and we appreciate your patience in these circumstances. We will liaise directly with you should this be the case.

We have carefully selected our products for sale; however, if your product/s are damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement. Contact us by email at support@roadtripessential.com.au. Alternatively, you may elect to exchange your product for another of the same value. We reserve the right to charge return freight for any replacement product.
